About The Position

The Receptionist, called a Concierge at Priority Life Care, provides exceptional assistance and information to incoming guests, visitors, and staff, facilitating their entrance into and exit from the facility. The role offers a courteous, friendly welcome and follows procedures outlined by state and federal regulations. The Concierge serves as the face of the community, supporting residents, their families, staff, and the public while promoting Priority Life Care’s mission and values.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last four years.
Must pass a background screening.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming and informative experience for residents, families, and the public.
Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls; provide information and take messages.
Greet visitors and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Perform word processing duties as assigned.
May assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs.
Report issues or problems to the Executive Director.
Comply with state, federal, and other applicable health care and safety standards.
Assist families and other visitors as needed.
Promote and exemplify Priority Life Care’s mission and values.
