Concierge/Front Desk Associate PART TIME
About The Position
The Lash Lounge Chesterfield (TLLC) is a local family-owned and operated professional eyelash salon. We are part of a network of over 100 locations in the United States offering a complete menu of services including Lash Perming, Tinting, and Threading. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships, cosmetics and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients, as well as interacting with our professional lash stylists.
Requirements
- 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person, phone or text
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Attend monthly employee meeting/training
