About The Position

Levy is hiring a friendly, energetic Concessions Cashier to serve guests at the Rose Quarter, home of the Portland Trail Blazers, Portland Fire, and Portland Winterhawks. The role supports Levy’s partnership with the Rose Quarter to deliver inclusive hospitality that reflects Portland’s food culture. Cashiers greet guests, fill food and beverage orders, process payments, and help create a positive guest experience in a busy arena environment. The position requires adapting to changing concession stand locations and event needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old because of alcohol and other service requirements. Employment offers are contingent on clear background-check results.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol and other service requirements.
Be friendly and energetic.
Be comfortable working in a loud, high-volume atmosphere.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Have basic PC knowledge.
Be familiar with electronic equipment such as Point-of-Sale systems.
Be able to adapt to and learn new technology and programs.
Maintain excellent attendance and be able to work evening and weekend events as scheduled.
Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Treat guests and team members fairly without regard to protected characteristics.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly manner and fill food and beverage orders.
Operate a Point-of-Sale system and process payments for food and beverage purchases.
Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards.
Maintain clean service areas and concession stands in compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
Follow Levy standards, policies, and procedures.
Adapt to shifting stand locations within the arena.
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Treat guests and team members fairly and interact with them with excellent communication.
Focus on guest satisfaction.
