About The Position
The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for the successful operation of the assigned concession stand and supervises staff. The role sells food and beverages to spectators at events, handles customer payments, maintains supplies and equipment, trains stand attendants, and helps ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with applicable safety and health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Sell concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at events.
- Receive customer payments and provide correct change.
- Monitor the cash drawer to ensure adequate change is available.
- Take inventory of supplies and equipment and maintain stock at the required operational level.
- Train stand attendants.
- Oversee accurate timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
- Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
