About The Position
The Concessions Stand Operations Lead sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to customers at events at Centreville Bank Stadium. The role serves customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, handles sales and payments, maintains assigned cash funds, replenishes supplies, and keeps the concession area clean while meeting sanitation and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Sell soft drinks and food items to customers at events.
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, following outlined steps of service.
- Interact with customers, resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner, and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
- Complete sales transactions in a timely manner and enter sales into the cash register accurately.
- Make change, accept approved forms of payment, and issue receipts.
- Follow cash-handling procedures and ensure assigned change funds and cash receipts comply with overage and shortage standards.
- Replenish condiments and general supplies and maintain cleanliness in the concession area.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
