About The Position
The Concessions Operations Supervisor manages the operations of multiple concession stands at Centreville Bank Stadium while performing concessions duties and providing a pleasant guest experience. The role supports team members and helps maintain a safe environment throughout operating hours. The supervisor understands menu offerings, presentation, and pricing; ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment; and follows cash-handling policies and food safety and sanitation guidelines. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of multiple concession stands.
- Assist team members and maintain a safe environment throughout operating hours.
- Greet guests, direct them, and respond to their questions and needs.
- Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
- Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Follow cash-handling policies and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
