About The Position

The Concessions Stand Worker serves guests at Fiserv Forum as part of Levy, in partnership with Fiserv Forum, the Milwaukee Bucks, and the Marquette Eagles. This is a part-time, event-based, union position paying $19.45 per hour. The role supports Levy’s mission to win one customer at a time through teamwork and by living “The Levy Difference.” The worker provides efficient, friendly service; understands and describes menu items, pricing, and presentation; maintains service areas; follows safety, sanitation, cash-handling, and responsible alcohol service policies; operates a POS system; and completes station setup and breakdown. The role also involves communicating guest issues to management and supporting teammates. Requirements

English reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and comprehended English with managers, guests, and teammates.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds.
Ability to frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and clean to maintain the service area.

Responsibilities

Complete steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Understand and describe menu offerings, packaging and presentation, and pricing.
Establish rapport with guests and members, exceed expectations, and respond to guest needs and requests.
Provide friendly, efficient service with a sense of urgency to guests and teammates.
Use suggestive selling and upselling techniques effectively.
Maintain service areas and follow safety and sanitation practices.
Follow cash-handling and tip-reporting guidelines and use the POS system accurately.
Complete station setup and breakdown responsibilities.
Communicate guest issues to management.
Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
Handle and control products, inventory, and equipment properly.
Follow Levy Restaurants company guidelines in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
Display a positive attitude toward teammates and managers and help fellow team members when needed.
Arrive on time and be ready to perform required duties.
