About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Concessions Stand Attendants at Ford Ice Center in Antioch, Tennessee. The role involves preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment. The position offers opportunities to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer questions in a friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverage items in accordance with sanitation guidelines and alcohol service policies.
• Help set up the kiosk, arrange inventory, and notify the stand lead of inventory shortages.
• Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment.
• Record transactions using the point-of-sale system, maintain an accurate cash count, and balance banks at the end of the shift.
