About The Position

This position is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of a concession stand, maintaining accurate accounting of all transactions and inventory, and performing location worker assignments. The role also involves maintaining safe working conditions and a sanitary work area, planning for peak hour sales, and ensuring accurate cash and card handling procedures. Adherence to all Food and Beverage rules and regulations is required. Other related duties may be assigned by the Concession Lead.

• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
• Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly
• Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
• Hold a professional attitude and appearance
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures
• Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
• Must be ServSafe Certified (have alcohol service training)

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and upkeep of stand
• Maintains accurate accounting of all transaction and inventory on assigned concession stand
• Performs location worker assignments
• Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
• Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Concession Lead
• Maintains accurate cash and card handling procedures at all times
• Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage
• Performed other related duties as assigned by Concession Lead
