About The Position

The Concession Stand Lead is responsible for the complete operation of an assigned concession stand. The role trains personnel and supervises and directs the work activities of others. Concessions Stand Leads report directly to the Concessions Supervisor of the assigned stand. SoFi Stadium Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and union membership is a condition of employment. LEGENDS GLOBAL provides venue development and management, event booking, revenue strategy, and hospitality solutions for sports, entertainment, and live events. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior experience as a stand attendant/worker or other food service worker is necessary.
Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
Ability to efficiently handle a Point of Sale (POS) system in a non-cash venue and manage inventory.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Must be able to work fluently in English.
Ability to work in an open-aired environment during all climate conditions.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds, and occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs or ramps.
Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
Must have state and local health requirements for food handlers/ServSafe and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificates.
Union membership is a condition of employment under the Unite Here Local 11 collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of stand workers.
Assign duties within the stand.
Analyze and resolve problems with assistance from the Concession Supervisor and/or other management.
Oversee and/or participate in stand set-up and closing procedures.
Ensure workstations, the back of the stand, and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked; order replacement stock as necessary.
Complete required paperwork efficiently and accurately.
Investigate inventory discrepancies.
For each event, ensure accuracy of the location bank, opening and closing inventory, product transfers, spoilage, and meals.
Randomly verify accurate transaction totals for all stand workers.
Maintain a quality appearance of the concession location.
At closing, work with other stand personnel to clean equipment properly and organize stock for the next event.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
