About The Position

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment and eCommerce company. Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre is looking for fun, energetic and music-lovin' people to fill this season's job openings. This is a seasonal, hourly position that works concert days only. Training begins in April and the season concludes in September. Employment can carry over to the 2027 concert season. This position is part-time, seasonal with hours from April thru September.

Requirements

Applicants for this position are required to be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Candidates considered for this position will undergo a background check and must be cleared for security guard licensing and training through St. Louis County Police.
Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Nice To Haves

Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred.
Valid St. Louis County Security License is a plus.

Responsibilities

Guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.
Perform possible searching of guests and bags prior to entry, continual patrol and monitoring of guest seating areas, entry control of secure areas.
Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
Strive for a constant, safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and employees by ensuring venue policies are followed by guests and employees.
Gain knowledge of all venue maps, seating charts and venue policies to appropriately answer questions if approached by guests.
Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.
Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises.
May write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Work in an outdoor environment in a variety of weather spring/summer weather conditions.
