About The Position

eBryIT Inc. is seeking two Level 2 1099 Computer Technicians to set up and install computer equipment, peripherals, switches, and speaker bars at office locations in Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach, Florida. The project is scheduled for November 30 through December 4, 2026, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The work involves setting up 56 cubicles: 16 cubicles with two PCs and three monitors each, and 40 cubicles with two PCs and four monitors each. Equipment totals are 112 computers and 208 monitors, along with associated mice, keyboards, KVM switches, and speaker bars. Technicians will perform cable management using Velcro and the desks’ plastic cable-routing rails. Desks and attached monitor setups are motorized and must be fully extended before wiring to ensure adequate cable slack. The installation office is on the third floor; two regular elevators are available for moving equipment, and the availability of a freight elevator is unknown. The site networking system is not currently set up.

Required screening and qualifications include a criminal background check covering seven-year felony and misdemeanor records and a sex offender check, a 10-panel drug screening, Dell Softskills certification, and E-Verify. Workers must follow eBryIT’s customer-site dress code: clean, pressed collared shirts; khakis, Dockers, or similar pants; and hard-soled shoes. Torn or soiled clothing, jeans, T-shirts, sunglasses, hats, athletic shoes, and visible body piercings or tattoos are not acceptable.

Requirements

• Level 2 computer technician experience or qualification, as specified in the posting.
• Dell Softskills certification.
• Successful criminal background check, including seven-year felony and misdemeanor checks and a sex offender check.
• Successful 10-panel drug screening.
• E-Verify.
• Adherence to eBryIT’s customer-site dress code, including clean and pressed attire, a collared shirt, khakis or similar pants, hard-soled shoes, and no visible body piercings or tattoos.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable management using Velcro and the desks’ plastic railing systems.
• Fully extend motorized desks and attached monitor setups before wiring to ensure sufficient cable slack.
• Move equipment to the third-floor installation office using the available elevators.
• Follow the customer-site dress code and professional standards.
