About The Position

The Complex Director of Sales and Marketing oversees commercial efforts for Amara Cay Resort, La Siesta Resort & Villas, and Three Waters Resort and Marina, Islamorada, a Tribute Portfolio Resort. The role develops and executes strategies to maximize revenue, increase market share, and enhance brand presence. The Director leads and supports the sales team in meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service, while attracting new guests and creating memorable experiences. Three Waters Resort & Marina is a 214-room oceanfront resort in Islamorada with a 72-slip marina, watersports, event venues, and nine culinary outlets. The position operates in a collaborative, fast-paced hospitality environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
At least 2 years of hotel sales leadership experience or equivalent.
Ability to execute a Sales and Marketing Plan to enhance revenue.
Established relationships within the agency community.
Contract negotiation and interpretation skills.
Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems.
Confidence in presentations and a professional appearance.
