Performs highly advanced (senior-level) management work overseeing the daily operations and activities of the Community Services team within DAP. Work involves establishing and implementing strategic goals and objectives, standards and processes; establishing metrics and conducting assessments for monitoring and reporting compliance for all team activities. Coordinates and evaluates program activities and strategies for more effective data dissemination activities; conducting analyses and reporting of resulting data; analyzing information systems for data quality; and determining methods for data extraction and reporting. Duties also include serving on workgroups and committees to coordinate and develop health and human services policy standards related to data dissemination, data quality and reporting.
