About The Position

ALLIANCE Credit Union is hiring a Representative to join its Community Relations and Financial Education team. The role supports community relations, events, sponsorships, donations, and financial education, working closely with the VP of Community Relations and Financial Education and other team members. The position is 100% in-office and includes travel within the Amarillo community. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

Work with the VP of Community Relations and Financial Education on events, donations, sponsorships, financial education, and other opportunities.
Coordinate with departments, arrange and attend meetings, take notes, schedule appointments, and keep databases and materials current and organized.
Help prepare for and attend community events, including setting up and tearing down, coordinating with internal departments and partners, submitting departmental tickets, arranging volunteers, and obtaining supplies.
Support financial education classes and events for K–12 students and community or partner groups, including in-class instruction, reality fairs, and parent and teacher events.
Attend community, school, and trade association meetings and events to develop business prospects and promote the credit union.
Monitor partner and STAR benefits and promotions.
Set up and tear down community rooms for group use, coordinate with appropriate departments, order supplies, greet guests, assist with setup, and welcome visitors.
Work with the VP of Community Relations and Financial Education, AVP of Events and Sponsorships, and AVP of Financial Education to maintain contact and event tracking tools, resource access, and team needs.
Learn and adapt to meet strategic goals.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
