About The Position
The Community Relations Associate (CRA) supports the Community Relations Director and helps drive occupancy and community growth. The role coordinates administrative efforts and contributes to sales, marketing, and outreach initiatives. The CRA serves as a key point of contact for prospective residents, families, and referral partners, creating a warm, welcoming first impression and fostering meaningful relationships. The position supports lead generation, strengthens partnerships, and enhances the community’s reputation and visibility.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in the senior living industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet prospective residents, families, and visitors.
- Ensure timely phone and electronic communication.
- Schedule and conduct community tours.
- Prepare customized tour materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate lead activity notes, occupancy and suite inventory reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure information is accurate in the management system.
- Assist with community events, open houses, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate move-in preparation between all departments.
- Help ensure seamless hand-offs between sales and operations teams.
- Assist in welcoming new residents and families.
- Support and participate in developing quarterly sales and marketing plans.
