About The Position

EPOCH Senior Living is hiring a full-time Director of Community Relations (Director of Sales) for Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull, a memory care assisted living community. The position is responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing for the community. It develops and executes quarterly and monthly marketing plans, evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies, and builds relationships with families, prospective clients, and referral sources.

The role calls for a dependable, compassionate, organized, self-starting team member with strong customer service skills and a polished, upbeat, professional, and personable demeanor. The company describes its work culture as close-knit, collaborative, and focused on delivering an exceptional senior living experience. Compensation is $103,000 per year plus commission.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in senior living sales.
• Proven ability to close sales.

• Experience in senior living is required.
