About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Participation Support (CPS) Staff member / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual. The role promotes independence, community engagement, and overall well-being. The position is located on 73rd Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $18.00 per hour. The staff member must use a personal vehicle to transport the individual to scheduled appointments and other eligible work-related activities. Eligible work-related travel is reimbursed for mileage according to agency policy. Requirements
