About The Position

The Outside Sales Associate represents the company at community-based outreach locations in Anaheim, California, and surrounding neighborhoods. The role engages local residents, shares information about affordable services, and assists eligible individuals with enrollment. Associates guide customers through applications, ensure documentation is accurate, distribute phones, answer questions, and provide friendly customer support. The position is in person at outreach locations and involves working outdoors and traveling between sites. The employer offers full-time and part-time opportunities, hourly pay of $16.50–$22.00 based on experience and performance, flexible scheduling, training, necessary equipment and materials, and opportunities for growth. No experience is necessary. Full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week; part-time hours are flexible with minimum availability required. Eight-hour shifts are available Monday through Friday and on weekends.

Requirements

Must be able to work outdoors and have open availability.
A personal vehicle is required to travel between outreach sites.
A smartphone with internet access is required to complete work tasks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A genuine interest in community service and helping others.

Nice To Haves

Prior customer service or outreach experience is a plus, but is not required.
