Spectrum Association Management is launching Kiwi Condo Management, a division focused on condominium communities. The Community Manager oversees condominium operations and service delivery for a portfolio of up to six buildings, working from the local Chandler office initially. This role is the primary liaison among condominium boards, homeowners, residents, and vendors, and requires ownership of tasks and projects, customer-focused service, vendor relationship management, and operational efficiency. The Community Manager manages association schedules, meetings, budgets, finances, risk matters, and vendor projects, while coordinating with other departments and managing direct reports within the community. Candidates must have approximately 8–10 years of professional experience in roles requiring initiative and decision-making. Condominium or HOA management experience is helpful but not required; the company provides training. The position includes after-hours phone calls and emergency availability. The company describes its culture as collaborative and supportive, with a focus on trust, career development, autonomy, and strong relationships among colleagues. Training includes an assigned mentor, peer learning with other community managers, an in-house web-based learning academy, and updates on legal changes and seasonal topics. Employees work from the Chandler office during the first year; afterward, a manager may determine eligibility for the Hybrid Empowerment Plan, subject to role and business needs.
