About The Position
The Community Leasing Associate represents Fairfield to prospective residents and residents, guiding prospects through the leasing process and helping create exceptional living experiences. The position combines sales, customer service, operations, and marketing to support the success of the community. The role is based at The Edley Apartments, a community with 392 units.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Leasing or real estate experience.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and residents.
- Drive the leasing process and close deals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.
- Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
- Use Yardi software for leasing processes.
- Update social media and assist with advertising.
- Stay informed about local market trends.
