About The Position

The Community Leasing Associate represents Fairfield to prospective residents and guides them through the leasing process while helping create exceptional living experiences. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to support the success of the community. The associate serves as an initial contact for prospects and residents, manages leasing documentation and records, uses property management software, and supports marketing activities. The community is Rivair Apartment Homes, which has 316 units.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A valid driver's license may be required.

Nice To Haves

Leasing or real estate experience.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and residents.
Drive the leasing process and close deals.
