About The Position

The Community Leasing Associate serves as Fairfield’s first point of contact for prospective residents and residents, guiding prospects through the leasing process and supporting exceptional living experiences. The role combines sales, customer service, operations, and marketing to help the community thrive. The associate drives leasing and closes deals, manages lease files and accurate records using Yardi software, updates social media and assists with advertising, and stays informed about local market trends. The job also requires working safely and cooperatively, communicating effectively and respectfully, meeting performance standards under stressful conditions, and following applicable laws and Company policies. The position is non-exempt and has an estimated hourly rate of $22.49–$29.24.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A valid driver’s license may be required.

Nice To Haves

Leasing or real estate experience.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
