About The Position

The Community Leasing Associate is the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help the community thrive. The associate serves as a first point of contact for prospects and residents, drives leasing and closes deals, delivers outstanding service, manages lease files and records, uses Yardi software, updates social media, assists with advertising, and stays informed about local market trends. The position is at The Verdant, a community with 498 units. The role is non-exempt, with an estimated hourly rate of $22.49–$29.24. Duties also include working safely and cooperatively, meeting performance standards under stressful conditions, communicating effectively and respectfully, and following applicable laws and company policies. Material duties involve access to residents’ homes and confidential resident information, including financial information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing or real estate experience.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
