About The Position

The Community Leasing Associate represents Fairfield to prospective residents and guides them through the leasing process, combining sales, customer service, and marketing to support the community. The position is based at Landmark at Wynton Pointe, a 380-unit community. The associate serves as a first point of contact for prospects and residents, drives leasing activity and closes deals, and provides service intended to exceed expectations. The role also includes managing lease files and accurate records, using Yardi for leasing processes, updating social media, assisting with advertising, and staying informed about local market trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing or real estate experience.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
