Community Leasing Associate
About The Position
The Community Leasing Associate serves as the face of Fairfield for prospective residents and guides them through the leasing process, combining sales, customer service, and marketing to support the community. The role is at The Montgomery, a community with 386 units. The associate serves as a first point of contact for prospects and residents, drives the leasing process and closes deals, delivers high-quality service, manages lease files and records, uses Yardi software for leasing processes, updates social media, assists with advertising, and stays informed about local market trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
Responsibilities
