About The Position

The Community Leasing Associate represents Fairfield to prospective residents and helps guide them through the leasing process, combining sales, customer service, and marketing to support the community. The role serves as a first point of contact for prospects and residents, drives leasing and closes deals, and provides service intended to exceed expectations. It also manages lease files and accurate records, uses Yardi software for leasing processes, updates social media, assists with advertising, and stays informed about local market trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Active real estate license.
• Leasing or real estate experience.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
