About The Position

As a Community Leasing Associate, you’ll represent Fairfield to prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, and help create exceptional living experiences. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to support the community’s success. The position is at Cobalt Springs, a 548-unit community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Active real estate license.
• Leasing or real estate experience.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Use Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Update social media and assist with advertising.
• Stay informed about local market trends.
