• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service and exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Use Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Update social media and assist with advertising.
• Stay informed about local market trends.
