About The Position

Heyday is seeking a Community & Hospitality Coordinator for a part-time role with a consistent presence in the studio, primarily supporting the front of house at its flagship Manhattan studio. The role focuses on delivering an elevated client experience and supporting studio operations, with additional responsibilities in team onboarding, marketing coordination, social media, and local community-building as needed. The coordinator serves as a brand ambassador and helps shape the client journey by connecting with clients, supporting estheticians, and maintaining the studio environment. Compensation is $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online.
Educate clients about promotions, memberships, and future appointments.
Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with restocking, and support product sales and returns.
Support estheticians with smooth client check-in and check-out experiences.
Help with daily shop upkeep, including sanitizing and maintaining Heyday’s aesthetic.
Assist with onboarding and training new front-of-house team members as needed.
Act as a hospitality lead to help keep the client experience consistent and elevated.
Liaise with Marketing by sharing studio insights and ensuring promotions are activated.
Support social media efforts by creating authentic, engaging content.
Participate in local events and grassroots initiatives to build community presence.
