About The Position

The Community & Hospitality Coordinator is a part-time role with a consistent presence in Heyday’s flagship Manhattan studio, primarily supporting front-of-house operations. The role focuses on providing a high-level client experience and helping maintain the studio’s day-to-day operations and brand atmosphere. The coordinator may also support onboarding and training, help keep hospitality standards consistent, share studio insights with Marketing, create social media content, and participate in local events and grassroots initiatives to build community presence.

Requirements

Hospitality and client-experience skills, with attention to detail.
Confidence using social media to spotlight authentic stories.
Flexibility and a collaborative approach.
Enjoyment of working in a studio environment and connecting with people.
Interest in serving as a consistent Heyday brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online.
Educate clients about promotions, memberships, and future appointments.
Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with restocking, and support product sales and returns.
Support estheticians with smooth client check-in and check-out experiences.
Help with daily shop upkeep, including sanitizing and maintaining Heyday’s aesthetic.
Assist with onboarding and training new front-of-house team members as needed.
Act as a hospitality lead to help ensure a consistent, elevated client experience.
Liaise with Marketing by sharing studio insights and ensuring promotions are activated.
Support social media efforts by creating authentic, engaging content.
Participate in local events and grassroots initiatives to build community presence.
