About The Position

Ada Bible Church is hiring a part-time Hospitality Coordinator to create friendly, warm, and welcoming guest experiences at the Bella Vista campus. The role organizes and leads hospitality volunteers who serve on a regular rotation, providing relational hospitality and directing weekend volunteers. The Coordinator also coordinates hospitality for weekend services and events at an assigned campus and for central events. The position includes weekend work and work a couple of days during the week. Applicants should be willing to become members of Ada Bible Church within 90 days of hire and hold beliefs consistent with the church’s statement of faith. Membership is not a prerequisite for hire.

Requirements

Lead with hospitality when interacting with others.
Know how to create excellent guest or customer experiences.
Enjoy leading others to accomplish goals.
Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
Be organized, efficient, and attentive to details.
Be a committed Christian who exhibits a thriving relationship with Jesus.
Have a high-school diploma or GED.
Be available to work most weekends and a couple of days during the week.
Be willing to become an Ada Bible Church member within 90 days of hire and have beliefs consistent with its statement of faith.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming, guest-focused environment at the Bella Vista campus, with special attention to first-time guests.
Recruit, train, and develop hospitality volunteers.
Coach hospitality volunteer team leads as they train and mentor new volunteers.
Manage and distribute volunteer rotations and maintain the volunteer schedule.
Ensure Coffee Team volunteers have the tools and resources needed to provide hospitality.
Collaborate with Event Services and ministry teams to plan and prepare for major campus ministry events.
Help Hospitality Team volunteers feel valued through practices such as team prayer and one-on-ones.
Coordinate hospitality for weekend services and events at an assigned campus, as well as central events.
Manage coffee bar inventory.
Enter information into ROCK or other designated management programs.
Collaborate with the Hospitality Director and other Coordinators to share improvement ideas and improve the effectiveness and quality of hospitality.
Attend team meetings and all-staff meetings.
Complete or participate in assigned projects to advance the guest experience.
