About The Position

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Farmer's Branch, a 90-unit Senior Living Community. This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems, and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a property management position.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Valid Texas Driver's license.
• Company required insurance.

Nice To Haves

• CAM certification preferred.
