Requirements

• 1–4 years of demonstrated banking experience in sales, leadership, and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to develop customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coaching employees, managing performance, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful completion of federal and state criminal background checks and a credit check is required before employment begins.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of PBA Banking School is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer lending and credit processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, regulatory compliance, and achievement of performance goals.
• Drive deposit and revenue growth through sales initiatives, customer outreach, and collaboration with Business Bankers and internal partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Lead, coach, and mentor branch employees; establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and support professional development.
• Represent Mauch Chunk Trust Company through active involvement in at least two community organizations, building relationships that support business development and community partnerships.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Community Advisory Board, coordinate meetings, and share relevant business updates.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, customer service standards, and applicable banking regulations, including BSA/AML and OFAC requirements.
