About The Position

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Mesquite, a 200-unit Senior Living Community. This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of a 200-unit tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems, and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC.

Requirements

• At least, 3 years experience in a property management position
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Valid Texas Driver's license and auto insurance required
• Senior living experience required

Nice To Haves

• CAM certification preferred
