About The Position

Associa is seeking a Community Director to join its team in Bedford, New Hampshire. The role works closely with clients and vendors and partners with other Associa departments. Success requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. The Community Director provides oversight for community management operations at the branch, builds positive relationships with boards of directors, community managers, support staff, and vendors, and assists with strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations. The role also supports the development of efficient client-service policies and procedures, serves as a training liaison, and manages people and teams.

Requirements

Proficient knowledge of general accounting principles.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional communication skills, including phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Confidentiality and discretion in performing duties and responsibilities.
Time-management and time-critical prioritization skills.
Five to seven years of community association or directly related experience, including management of personnel.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
CMCA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight for community management operations of the branch.
Establish positive relationships with boards of directors, community managers, support staff, and vendors at the branch level.
Assist with strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations for community-focused branch operations.
Assist in preparing policies and procedures to provide efficient service to clients.
Serve as a training liaison for community managers and community support roles.
Manage people and teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
