Community and Events Manager

Rockstar•New York, NY

About The Position

The client is a well-funded, early-stage healthcare company that helps nurse practitioners build and scale independent practices in communities that are often overlooked by the health system. Its AI-driven tools support a network of more than 100 practices and 400,000 annual visits. The company reports a 30% increase in preventative visits and a 35% reduction in hospitalizations across its network. It is led by entrepreneurs and nurse practitioners and backed by investors including Lerer Hippeau and Kairos. The Community and Events Manager will own the company’s community programming, including virtual communities, virtual and in-person events, and courses for practice owners. This is a high-ownership, 0-to-1 role responsible for building the community operating playbook and working with GTM, Operations, and Product to set strategic priorities and identify the resources needed to support the network. The role combines community strategy and management, event planning, education and content coordination, and internal operations. The manager will build engagement among NP practice owners and prospective practice launchers, develop relationships with external partners, and improve workflows and handoffs with internal teams. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 OTE based on experience, including a variable bonus tied to pipeline generated through the client’s communities, plus equity.
