About The Position

Petual is hiring an experienced marketer to build its community, customer, and events programs for enterprise internal audit buyers. The role embeds Petual in the professional communities, conferences, and online spaces where audit leaders gather, while also creating programs that bring those leaders together with Petual. The role works closely with Sales and customers to connect programs to important accounts and deals, build trust, and help customers share their experiences. The hire will set the strategy and goals for community and events; choose conferences and decide how Petual participates; develop executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and customer events; and establish a Customer Advisory Board. They will also develop customer stories and references for Sales and manage agencies and partners supporting event execution. Petual's growth lead handles invitations, lists, sends, and reporting as a peer partner. The role is expected to measure program impact through deal progression and customer outcomes, and to make the case for hiring a team as the program proves itself. Petual is an early-stage company whose marketing function is being built. The role offers scope to establish emerging programs and work in person with the team in San Francisco. Regular travel to conferences is expected.
