Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 10 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Experience with SharePoint, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft OneNote

Responsibilities

Develop and distribute internal communications aligned with strategic messaging.
Draft and publish workforce messages promoting FO events such as All Hands meetings.
Gather and summarize key topics for the weekly newsletter to engage the workforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to develop and update digital content.
Create and implement visually appealing, user-friendly web pages and newsletters.
Ensure compliance with Section 508, GDPR, CCCA, and other regulatory standards.
Identify and resolve website issues, coordinating with IT and external vendors as needed.
Gather content requirements and update web text, images, videos, and multimedia.
Provide editorial quality control and support mass email distribution via EDGE Mass Email Tool.
Work with various stakeholders to develop and deploy new communication strategies.
Act as a technical liaison between users, managers, and developers.
