About The Position

The Commission Sales role in Women's Apparel at Nordstrom's Tysons Corner Center focuses on delivering excellent customer service, building customer relationships, and meeting personal sales goals. The role requires fashion expertise, energy, and genuine care to help customers feel good and look their best. They also maintain a customer-ready department, stay informed about products and trends, contribute to a productive team environment, and work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and event shifts. Hours vary by week according to business needs, and occasional flexibility to support other departments may be required.
