About The Position

Dealership: L0280 Honolulu Ford Honolulu Ford Now Hiring - Commercial Sales Manager. This is a full-time position. The role involves developing and prospecting local businesses for sales and service needs, ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and eliminating customer confusion. The manager will also ensure all cars are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM, Buyer's Guides, and Warranty Disclosures. A key responsibility is to be an expert on product knowledge and share this with the sales team. Additionally, the role requires ensuring exact customer counts and logging all customer contact into the Performance Dashboard.

Requirements

Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
Presentation skills – ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
Time Management – ability to manage one's own time
Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations
Basic Computer skills
Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
