About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Transaction & Processing within the Commercial Banking Operations Division. The role supports internal and external customers with commercial loan servicing needs, monitors loan systems, resolves customer issues, and processes complex transactions. It also serves as a primary loan servicing contact for construction monitoring and disbursements, collateral monitoring, payoff letters, and collateral releases. The representative performs moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. The role audits loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications, and data input; conducts customer research and billing; and escalates non-routine concerns. The employee receives direction from supervisors and leaders while exercising independent judgment as they develop knowledge of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This position is onsite five days a week, Monday through Friday, at 600 South 4th Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Additional hours may be required. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Requirements

At least 1 year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work onsite five days a week, Monday through Friday.
Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entities.
Knowledge and understanding of equipment leasing or automobile title processing.
Previous administrative support experience, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and general office support.
Familiarity with incoming and outgoing mail distribution, document scanning, sorting, and processing.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs.
Monitor loan systems, resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online.
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks.
Serve as the primary loan servicing contact for construction monitoring and disbursements.
Monitor collateral, prepare payoff letters, and release collateral.
Audit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications, and data input; conduct customer research and billing.
Escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Interact with internal customers.
Exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Follow applicable risk programs, policies, and procedures; fulfill risk and compliance obligations and escalate issues appropriately.
