About The Position

Within the Loan Servicing Department, the Loan Servicing Representative performs a variety of loan servicing functions related to retail consumer loans. The role includes completing post-closing loan audits, retrieving training documents, processing payments and reversals, researching and balancing financial transactions, handling escrow and insurance inquiries, and tracking and monitoring flood hazard insurance in accordance with regulatory guidelines. The position requires sitting for extended periods and using standard office equipment. Axos Bank describes discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets, subject to performance goals and targets. Requirements

Exposure to processing payments, escrow audit, and releasing liens is required.
High school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience in banking operations.

Responsibilities

Complete post-closing loan audits and training document retrievals.
Process payments and payment reversals, research financial transactions, and balance transactions at the end of the day.
Handle escrow account and insurance inquiries.
Track and monitor flood hazard insurance in accordance with regulatory flood guidelines.
Review flood policies to ensure proper coverage.
