About The Position
FESCO is hiring a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to serve the greater Knoxville, Tennessee area. The technician will work in the field to help customers keep their businesses running by servicing commercial cooking and other food-service equipment. The role includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment; performing preventive maintenance and emergency service calls; communicating with customers and internal teams; ordering parts; completing service paperwork; and maintaining a service vehicle. The technician will participate in an on-call rotation and ongoing training. FESCO is a provider of equipment service for the food-service industry, with more than 30 years of service. Requirements
- Previous experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, or related equipment.
- Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, and professional.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company safety standards.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Experienced candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.

- Order parts and complete service paperwork.
- Maintain the service vehicle.
