About The Position
QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring local experienced employees for its commercial flooring service division. Opportunities include foremen, estimators, superintendents, and sales representatives; candidates may bring their crew. The division provides concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting, as well as polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. Salaried and hourly positions are available. The listed total compensation for this territory is $18 to $35 per hour. QuestMark offers year-round work, a backlog of work, immediate interviews, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Applicants with criminal histories are welcome to apply. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, including working weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Demonstrate initiative, self-starting ability, professional integrity, good work ethic, and a strong competitive drive.
- Work successfully both individually and in a team environment.
- Be willing to travel and stay out of town.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Epoxy/resinous experience is preferred.
- Previous flooring experience is a plus.
- Qualified candidates may be eligible for relocation assistance.
