About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring local experienced employees for its growing commercial and industrial flooring service division. Open positions include foremen, estimators, a superintendent, and sales representatives; candidates may bring their crew. The division provides concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting, as well as polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail pedestrian and vehicle spaces. QuestMark is seeking candidates to help expand the division. Salaried and hourly positions are available. The company offers year-round work, a backlog of work, immediate interviews, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Requirements

Demonstrate initiative, self-direction, professional integrity, a good work ethic, and a strong competitive drive.
Be able to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
Be willing to travel and stay out of town.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
Be at least 18 years old.
Be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Epoxy/resinous experience is preferred.
Previous flooring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial flooring work, potentially including concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting.
Work on flooring systems and coatings such as polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings.
Travel and stay out of town as required.
Work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required.
