About The Position
QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring local experienced employees for its growing commercial and industrial flooring service division in Orlando, Florida. The division provides concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning and disinfecting, as well as polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for pedestrian and vehicle spaces in industrial, commercial, and retail markets. Open roles include foremen, estimators, superintendent, and sales representatives; candidates are also invited to bring their crew. Salaried and hourly positions are available. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
Requirements
- Local experienced employees are sought.
- Ability to work successfully both individually and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidates must demonstrate initiative, be self-starters, and have professional integrity, a good work ethic, and a strong competitive drive.
Nice To Haves
- Epoxy/resinous experience is preferred.
- Previous flooring experience is a plus.
- Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial flooring work in the service division, including concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting, as applicable to the position.
- Work on flooring systems and coatings, including polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings, as applicable to the position.
- Travel and stay out of town as required.
- Work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
