About The Position
QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring experienced local employees for its growing commercial and industrial flooring service division in Manchester, Tennessee. Opportunities include foremen, estimators, a superintendent, and sales representatives; crews are welcome. The division provides concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting, as well as polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail pedestrian and vehicle spaces. Salaried and hourly positions are available. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The role requires travel and overnight stays away from home.
Requirements
- Previous flooring experience is a plus.
- Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.
Nice To Haves
- Epoxy or resinous flooring experience is preferred.
- Previous flooring experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform or support commercial and industrial flooring services, including concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting.
- Work on flooring systems and coatings such as polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings.
- Travel and stay out of town as required.
