About The Position

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring local experienced employees for its commercial flooring service division in Salisbury, North Carolina. Salaried and hourly opportunities are available for foremen, estimators, a superintendent, and sales representatives; candidates may also bring their crew. The division performs concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting, as well as polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. Year-round work, immediate interviews, and a backlog of work are available. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements

Local experienced employees are sought; previous flooring experience is a plus.
Ability to work successfully both individually and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to pass a DOT physical examination.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Epoxy/resinous experience is preferred.
Demonstrate initiative, self-direction, professional integrity, a good work ethic, and a strong competitive drive.

Responsibilities

Perform work in the commercial flooring service division, which includes concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting.
Work on flooring systems and coatings, including polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings.
Travel out of town and stay away from home as required.
Be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
