About The Position

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring local experienced employees for its commercial flooring service division in Cleveland, Ohio. Open roles include foremen, estimators, a superintendent, and sales representatives; candidates may also bring their crew. Salaried and hourly positions are available, and the company offers a signing bonus. The division performs concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting, and provides polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail pedestrian and vehicle spaces. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team environment.
Initiative, self-motivation, professional integrity, good work ethic, and strong competitive drive.

Nice To Haves

Epoxy or resinous flooring experience is preferred.
Previous flooring experience is a plus.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Perform or support commercial flooring work, including concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting.
Work on flooring and coating projects involving polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings.
Work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
Travel out of town and stay away from home as required.
Work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
